Natural Dyes


We are happy to say, classes have started again.  Classes are taught at Manitou Art Center in Manitou Springs, Colorado.  You can check for classes on the Manitou Art Center website at www.manitouartcenter.org.

General Questions

  • Where is your main office?

    Twig and Berry does not have a brick-and-mortar store open to the public.  If it's necessary to meet to pick up and order or meet for any other purpose, and public space at the Manitou Arts Center is available.

  • What are your business hours?

    While Twig and Berry does not have a physical location there are still hours of operation;  10a-5p Monday-Friday.

  • Can I commission you to dye my clothing?

    Twig and Berry Dyes does not do commission work to dye clothing.

  • What types of fabric works with natural dyes?

    Natural dyes work on protein and cellulose fibers only.  Natural dye does not work on polyesters, acrylics, or nylons.  Protein fibers include silk and wool and cellulose fibers are made from plants and include cotton, linen, rayon, bamboo, and hemp.  

Payment

  • What type of payment methods do you accept?

    Twig and Berry dyes accepts all major credit cards, cash and Pay Pal payments.

  • What is your return policy?

    Our return policy is 14 days after your order is ,received and the dye package has to be intact, not opened.  Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please refer to the full return policy outlined on our "contact us" page.

  • Can I get a full refund?

    Twig and Berry Dyes offers refunds for items, and tax ,but not for shipping costs.  

  • I can’t find my original receipt. What should I do?

    Contact us with your name, address and your order and we can look it up in our system.
